Hi all, thanks for all the great info on this website.
I have had a MC Zetec ecoboost for a year now, and really enjoy it. It is due for it's 70,000km service, and am hoping to find a recommendation for a mechanic in Melbourne's eastern suburbs; I am in Burwood. Thanks in advance for any help. |

Hi Stone71,
I used to have an MC Zetec EcoBoost. Have a look through the threads you can find some really good info on this and other sites. As for servicing, Ford scheduled services are 12mths / 15,000km (whichever comes first). So you would either have a 4yr / 60,000kms or 5yr / 75,000km service coming up. I would just stick to Ford personally. They do capped price services; http://www.ford.com.au/owners/service/calculator Let us know how you go!

Thanks for the link ope126,
I need the b service, which looks to be over $800 at the dealer. I've always found dealer service pricing over the top, hence starting this thread. Thanks for your help! |

Interesting as the Ford Website states that the maximum charge for A or B services are listed on the site. Most seem to be $310, however the 4yr / 60,000km is $835 based on your vehicle...
