Default MPEG4 audio ripper. Any good ones?

I'm after an audio ripper as I want to take the audio out of an MPEG4 video and turn it into an MP3. I've got one here but it will only do half the file because it's a trial version, does anybody have the name of a good free one that will do it?

There is a program called handbrake. It's a Mac program but I notice that there is a windows version now. http://www.soft-files.com/handbrake-...ows_47429.html

I hope that does what you are after.
