Default I am converted.

For ages now I have been dead keen on Meguiars car care stuff, today Ive literally chucked half of it in the shed to never be used again.

Why? I reckon Ive found 3 of the best products there is, specially for black cars.

M-RON Glass, M-RON Clean, and LVC Leather Vinyl Conditioner.

All made by a company called California Customs. It looks a bit no-name, but far out is it brilliant or what! M-RON Glass is by far the best wax Ive EVER used, I used it in direct sunlight on a bloody hot car as a bit of a test (it says its fine to use in heat), and the result was amazing. The M-RON Clean is a paint cleaner, used it beforehand and again, a very very good result. I tried the LVC cleaner today on the interior, and it is 100% better than Meguiars Dash Foam - I found Megs always left a greasy layer on top of everything, the LVC doesnt do this but still cleans it and shines it up just as well, if not better.

So I'm well and truly converted. Really want to encourage AU owners (especially if you've got a darker colour car) to give it a go, this stuff is magic. Im not normally one to believe all the hype about products, but the only reason I'm posting this is because I was blown away by how good this stuff is, and very very easy to use.

Give it a go!

sounds good.
3 questions:
pics?
where do you buy it from?
how much is it?

EDIT: nevermind, found it already.
http://calcustom.businesscatalyst.com/index.htm

i do have one question though and im sure youve used Scratch-X at some point?
it states: "It DOES contain superior cleaning agents and an ultra fine abrasive that DEEP CLEANS the finish WITHOUT SCRATCHING"
thing is though, i used Scratch - X on the BA and it actually scratched the finish, is this stuff any better?

They also do a speed-detailer type product but I cant remember the name of it!

Price - around $24 ea for the exterior products, the interior cleaner about $14.

Available through any Autobarn Store, Im not sure if Waxit have it (site sponsor) but it would be worth checking.

It is the same company that does the PURPLE Metal Polish.

Were you using the Meguiars tech-wax stuff? I found that to be really good on the black paint work, but I guess when that runs out this might be worth trying on the truck.

When I used it, I used M-RON Glass and then put a layer of Gold Class over the top. Looked brilliant.

Davway - I was pretty careful with the cleaning one, but from what I saw no it didnt scratch at all. It says to apply it in a particular motion though, so as long as you follow that, you should be fine.

I might give this stuff a try aswell, as I have found the Mequairs wet look is allright but the wax is so hard to get off and didn't really do much, it might be worth a try.

Damn ... might have to get some .... although the ute hasn't been cleaned in months ... and I have a dirt/gravel driveway as well ... so it gets dirty pretty quickly ... and with all the rain ... it's got mud caked on it still.

Sorry guys but I'm far from converted. It is expensive at $22 plus postage for 12oz, which by my converter says somewhere around 360ml.
I've been using car lack for 25 years and still havent found anything better. It sounds like a very similar product except that this one uses canubra for the shine and the car lack is a polymere. Both have no abrasives both easy to get off car lack is cheaper so I guess I'm still staying put. Same price on ebay for a bigger supply but you can get it cheaper than ebay if you look hard enough.
