IMO slimline front standard rear. There are screw holes at the rear that are visible when you put a slimline there.

I was disappointed with the slimline ones I have but then that was probably because the holes that are visible. The previous owner had also drilled a few extra holes and that makes it look worse.

If you buy the really expensive ones (2 grand or so) then I figure that for that much money you might as well get as much plate as possible

If you are down this way at all you are welcome to put my slimline ones onto your car and have a look at what you think.

Front slimlines: White-on-green (for obvious reason ... ie: green rocker cover LPG model)

i personally think the slimlines look dodgy on the falcons
due to having this BIG FLAT AREA where the standard size plate goes

on other cars (ie skylines) they can mount them anywhere so it makes it look more flowing and doesnt have a brick wall to mount too sorta thing

thats just my opinion

ill be going full size front and rear

I was looking in the Vicroads personalised plates website the other day for ways of spelling 'Ford' that were still available. Came across 'FAUD' which would be said the same way as 'Ford' but also has AU in it. Its available if interested.

And yes, standard size plates should be at the back and slimlines at the front on AU's and BA's. Slimlines at the back look lost in the hollow.
