How do i post a sound file on hear?

like that i'de say , using the URL tag, but without all the spaces in the tag .

Where do you host them though ... I know about picture hosting ... but sound file hosting is a different kettle of fish I guess.

try youtube.com i think that is what its called..
or ring your service provider and get the details of your FREE supplied 20mb of webspace that you get with your internet connection etc
and how to upload to it (it will be an FTP type site etc)

or another alternative if you just want the 1 account with photobucket like most people use , you can rename your MP3 files to MP4 , photobucket accepts mp4 movie files , renaming an .MP3 to .MP4 tricks it into thinking its a video file , but it still plays fine as a mp3 with no video ;) .
