Ok story is when i drive and i put my foot into it only sometimes i get this noise, its not a bang buts more of like a flame shooting out noise and then something rattles in the exhaust and it blows a big cloud of black/blue smoke out. i havnt lost any power but it keeps doing it now. please help?

replace the cat...from that description, the old one has died!

Yeah it could be the cat , or you have blown the baffles/guts of your muffler causing it to block, will be one or the other imo. gl
