Default Au series one with series 2 bonnet and grill

I'm thinking of losing the series one bonnet and grill on my wagon and replacing it with a series 2 version. Is it a simple case of bolting on a new bonnet and grille or is it more involved than that??? Anyone done it?

Liek you said its just a case of bolting the bonnet and grill up. May take a while to get the gaps right but very doable.

Saw an XLS ute the other day with the Series 2 bonnet and grille.
Looked different (as the utes were only available with Series 1 bonnets and grilles.)

But if anyone in Sydney has a Winter White Series 1 bonnet they don't need (in good nick) .... i am after one.

I just finished grafting a bulge on my series 2 bonnet, so i have a normal s2 for sale. but you have to come get it from perth! :

Also have the chrome fairmont strip which will be available by the end of next week. And yes, the s2's look alot better. but awc bulges with bulges / shakers look even better!

I'm looking for a series 2 bonnet, pitty your in perth. I want to do the same thing change from S1 to S2. so if anyone doing an XR conversion in Adelaide let me know. we can change bonnets and locks. I might be generous enough to give you a hand.

I've got a series 2 bonnet in black, and a series 2 grille ready to paint - it's still the factory plastic colour (grey). Yours for the right price!

JC's Ford spares!

The amount of bits you have astounds me. Your shed must be pretty chockers, or pretty big! LOL!

Yep, chockers. I have bits hanging from the garage rafters, hidden under tables - anywhere I can find space.
