Rear suspension top mounts/stut mounts or what ever you call this faulty bit. Does the top centre nut attached to the shock arm have to be torqued up to a certain setting? Can anynone help please?

As bosman says torsion nut known as a Nylock nut. Do up till firmly down, won't come loose.
