Default Aircon fan

Hi All
Got a problem

The aircon fan is stuck on, I think it must be a short it stays on even with the ignition key out. Also tried disconnecting the climate control still on.
Only temporary fix is to pull the aircon fuse under the bonnet.

How do I get to the fan, is it behind the glovebox?

Ta

Its great when you can save yourself a couple of hundred bucks, cause that what Ford will charge you to replace the module.
