If the scuff came from the accident, yes.

I'm pretty sure you can get some plastic lense specific cutting compound from most car parts stores that should buff that scuff right out! I've used normal cut and polish before to brighten tail lights, but can't remember if there were any scuffs.

Yeah it should be gone, it is a pretty easy fix, im suprised they didnt fix it. Even a normal cutting compound rubbed by hand with a rag should get most of it off. A buff is the best and eastiest way though! But be careful, ive seen head and tail lights melted or smashed from an over zealous buff! Looks good though mate!

Thanks for the comments everyone!
I really like the work done by this mob, having used them a few times in the past. The one thing I think they need to brush up on though, is ensuring every aspect of every job is properly done. It seems they are so, so busy, that they can easily miss little yet important details such as the scuff. I am grateful though that they always invite and indeed welcome you back if you have an issue or question. I need to take a jar back to them Monday, so he can give me a stack of paint for stone chips etc. I'll chat with him about it then. Cheers, GK
