Default How do you rate your delear Principal?

Out of 10 rate your Ford Dealer Principal, 1 being you want to send them to Jail and 10 = you would like to take them fishing with you. don't name the person just the dealership and the state please.
I will start,
Tully Motors = 9 Queensland _2:

I still have the Brian Glynn Lylidale sticker on the back of the eb. I wonder how many dodgies proceeded on my car when the last owner purchased it.

Seconded but only the service department. When it came to buying the car they where very nice and was very easy to get dealer delivery and on road costs down to nothing. They even let me take her home before the release date.

But once it came to the service department they truly do suck. I booked in at 11 and everything was fine but once I turned up at 11 they refused the take the car and said they were about the close claiming i was sceduled in at 9 so after much yelling it was reorganised to 9 the next week. I get a call the day before the service to double check the time but they claim im down for 8. After getting the car back it was easy to see they loved playing around with the sound system and pushing the speakers well past their normal limits and the oil they used was wrong.

8/10 for the sales staff
-10/10 for the service staff

Only an 8?? I'd definitely have to give them a 10, nothing is ever too much trouble for them and you get treated like a real person, not like just another customer buying a new car. Don't know how many people I've confused cause I've been sitting behind a desk looking like I own the place .

Have never dealt with them, but from what I've heard about them would probably give them a similar score.

i was thinking of how it could be a poll but then i would have to put in all 300 dealers, this way we will be able to guage who to deal with better, i like the responce so far. like i would put Qford in Queensland up on 8 as they were allways good to deal with and very fare
