Has anyone tried this? Retrofitting sync to a Mk I LW Focus seems to be fairly straight forward. From what I've gathered you need the sync module, a new radio display (otherwise sync menus aren't available) and possibly a new head unit.
I've read on Fiesta forums in the UK that an owner swapped his mono colour display for a coloured one and gained the sync menus. However they were greyed out due to the lack of a sync module? Has anyone compared the differences between wiring on the MK1 and MK2 models? or even done the retrofit? Now the focus has been out for a while there seems to be a fair few available for parts. |
