can some one please tell me the differance between a standard ford xr6 exhaust and a vct ghia exhaust
is there a decent power gain |

They would be the same.
Assuming they both have IRS and both a 2 1/4" Exhaust. If your looking for a power gain you'll be after a 2 1/2" Exhaust. This gives you from 5 - 10 RWKW gain.

The Ghia has a different rear muffler to make for a more quieter drive (don't know how much quieter though). This more restrictive, quieter muffler means that the engine loses about 3rwkw from memory...
And I think the Ghias had a more shiny tip. As far as I know, that is those are the only differences
