Default LV CD Player

Hey Guys,

Hopefully some one can help !! My fiancè has a 2009 "facelift" CL LV Focus and on the current trip ( in the car as I write this ) we stopped and when we went to leave again the CD Player wont eject the CD or even register it or play it ? Is there a button combo to reset the Head unit or a way to remove the cd without pulling the dash apart ?!

Thanks for your help guys !!
