Nice ... got pics of the new beast???
Have fun with the spark plugs (please replace them often ... prior to them breaking off inside the heads) ... that and timing chain guides as well.

Nice ... even better.
From what i have read ... do the plugs every 50,000km for piece of mind ... and don't let them get to the 100,000km mark.

Don't worry Whoosha, I'll probably be here for years, as it'll be a long while before I'll be buying another Ford. My cars are only usually changed when they've reached the end of the road! LOL!

All the best with the new purchase amiers! I trust it will give you years of enjoyable, trouble free motoring.

I actually found quite the opposite while searching for my car. Flat out getting a decent Fairmont for under 6k, a decent Forte for the same, even AU 1's. I just deicded that I should move on, and after driving the BA I was sold, people say it lost its feel after the AU, Im more inclined to say it is a lot more refined.

If only you could do something like the black G220 in this thread:

http://www.fordmods.com/ford-bodykit...ts-t66822.html

Sexiest Beast ever. Ford should have done a kit like this pre Chrysler 300... it shouldn't just stay in Photoshop world!

Congrats amiers. Next logical step, I 'spose.

For those remaining with AU's I'll probably be doing the same.
I've had the use of a BF2 XR6 for the last week and I thought that I'd get a BF2 ghia early next year (can get them up here for $12K - $16K) but a week of the BF has me thinking otherwise. Oh well, I'm not sure what to do now.
