If you were actually banned or your IP blocked you wouldn't be using that account. Is it in a particular area you can't get in ?? You not been playing nice or something ?

Most likely that the IP given to you by your ISP may have already been blocked from a previous user. This happens sometimes if you have a dynamic IP address. It's happened to me sometimes. But yeh, it you can still log in, your actuall account is ok ;)
