Default Extractor Q's

The outlets on my Head are about 40-41mm thou my extractors are only 35-36mm, just wondering if the step inside would be blocking the exhaust flow to an extent enuff to lose power?? turbulence inside the head from a 5mm lip all round. Im looking to get the paccies now as there bigger 4499's

Yes mate it would maybe not a huge amount but it'll definately pick up more if they were matched.
