Do it your self,I did our AU II GHiA 60k today,OIL,air, fuel, filters, check brakes,steering/suspension component for wear,G/box oil level(im changing oil and filter on the box as well).Top up all other levels,or replace what ever the book says.
If its 100k change the plugs use iridium plugs of your choice.......Peice of cake. All up no more than $150 in parts and 3 odd hrs to do if you cruize through it.

my uncle is a mecanic so hes offered to help out and give me some help.
last service was just an oil filter and oil. ive pretty much got everything i need to do sorted out, i was just after what you guys use for new leads and plugs etc. i rang up ford, asked them for a price on a 100,000km major service for an au falcon. $386 i think was the total figure. |
