Default Tensioner pulley removal?

Hey guys, just wondering how I go about replacing the tension pulley, it broke tonight and shredded the drive belt. TIA

oh i did this yesterday- I had a noisy tensioner pulley.

Remove Fan shrough with two bolts a top of shroud. Remove air intake snorkel (2screws). Disconnect fan shroud connector on batter side of shroud. Lift out entire shroud with fans.

Seeing as your belt is cactus you will not have to lever tensioner and release old belt. So just remove three bolts in the tensioner housing (there are only three and they are pretty obvious).

Reversal is the same. Expect you will need a 3/8 breaker bar to insert into bottom of tensioner for leverage so you can fit new drive belt. Look at the sticker on bonnet for correct routing.

Thanks mate, only reason i asked was because I got my ute towed to my dad's work at it was dark and late so I wasnt sure at all how it came off. Was very straight forward tho. $27 for a new pulley and 45mins start to finish and I was on my way again Actually got a metal pulley not plastic, so it wont be breaking again in a hurry
