hi everyone.
apologies for long post or if its too hard for some to understand. was wondering to be able to do simple jobs on buildings that handymen do other than buying your own place which will never happen (atleast anytime soon) whether the chance will come up to be able to do those jobs and/or assist on a family members or friends home. will there be chances to do those handyman jobs on a family members or friends home or is there ways you can do it for clubs or whatever without spending hundreds if not thousands in any needed training or whatever else is needed to do it for anyone other than family and friends. a few years ago some people at a mens shed put a new secondhand kitchen in a local club and a couple years ago some guys at same mens shed got advice and enclosed part of a shed into a room and thats the reason for asking. also other reason for asking is that as you all know its harder to get into property though not impossible and most would buy their own and do what they can themselves and get tradies out for those few things such as electrical and water that needs a tradie. also asking here as many of you on here at some point went through similar and dont have the money to pay for training and tickets currently. also what is reason why theres so many immigrants coming in and keeps coming pushing property prices and how do single low income people afford to get into it. was wondering what is reason why theres so many immigrants coming in and keeps coming pushing property prices and how do single low income/pension people afford to get into it. where could people park a tiny house if family or where you live doesnt have enough yard space, when you are happy where you are living and want to stay somewhere or live in that in your primary place. some are happy living where they are and somewhere to park tiny homes might be good to stay somewhere while you still live at your primary home based on you being happy where you are living and not wanting to move. |
