Who do you go for... I voted for QLD
Who will win... NSW Ever since the very first SSO, I have always enjoyed the build up to each and every game. The actual game has been sacrilege. As a die-hard Queenslander, what I am about to say pains me. For the first time, I feel absolutely nothing this year. We have picked a small and very inexperienced team which is coming up against a virtual AUS side. I hope I'm proven wrong, but we don't stand a chance. The only thing NSW have to overcome is (understandable) complacency. |

Being from NSW, I have to go for the Blues, but in all honesty they should romp it in.
The funny thing about the whole QUEENSLANDER chant was that it was started by a guy who was born in NSW!! funny |

Go the BLUES... the MAROONS havent won in sydney for donkeys..
IMO the MAROON era is over, langer, tallis all those are gone...their now rebuilding and wont be tough enough for a few more years...

Anaster will never be good enough for these backs. the only thing 'wrong' with QLD is it's forward pack. i'm not saying they won't do the job it's just they aren't the 'new' style forwards. IMHO this is one of the best QLD sides i have seen in the last few years and i'm alot alot more confident with the team's chance then i have been the last few years. |

Well I am NSW born and bread supporter living in QLD and I think that NSW will win but not easily.
There is a bit of problem in our house as oldest child has a band competition on Wednesday night. I don't think a true Queenslander would have schedule such a thing. So therefore I am sending my husband who knows nothing about league only what I have taught him in the last 2 1/2 years and I have not missed watching a state of origin since it started and do not intend to now and after all it is his son (my step son) who has the concert so I think that this only fair. Go the Blues |
