Unhappy Help!!!!!

my car idles at about 600 so its starts shaking and stuff but sometimes when im driving along it will start shaking and when i put my foot down a lil bit it takes about 1 minute for it to kick down a gear it feels really sluggish i dont no whats wrong with my poor baby :'( .ive changed the spark plugs and leads.

Firstly welcome to the forums

We need us some info about the car, make & model, motor size & auto/manual.
Should be able to point you in the right direction from there.

well im guessing its auto...unless it takes a minute to downshift a manual...it could also be a coil pack problem and possibly the air filter as well, if its sluggish when accelerating...then again there are heaps of things that could cause it
