Default AU dash needles shaking?

I took out my cluster (series 1 au fairmont ghia) to take the orange of my needles so they would be white for when i change to blue globes now i put the tacho and speedo needles back on but on turning the ignition on and turning the ignition of the needles shake and vibrate back and forth they both work fine and show tacho status and speed but the vibrating is annoying any help?

maybe they're cold...? lol just kidding, the best thing to do when putting them back on is, plug the cluster in and turn the ignition on, then put the needles back on, that should stop any issues with them as they are set at zero then

the globes may have died when the dash was removed. take it back out again and check them, that's all you can do
