the twin cam escorts ran a single booster on the LH side front of the engine bay, on rally/race cars when they are using a pedal box I have seen the front one tucked up under the dash on pass side & the other mounted in the back or boot

I run discs all round & use an unboosted pedal box

What brakes are you using?

the only other problem is remote boosters are only single circuit i think, so you may need 2.

that is so open with a millon questions before the millon options come flooding in

like - what are you using the car for?, min wheel size, budget, soooo many questions need to be asked first as the options are endless on what you have lying around, can get hold of or even what you are prepaired to pay, ie willwood, AP

you can buy bigger brake kits off evil bay which convert the front to 5 stud... but then you have the issue of will you run a pedal box?

sorry only trying to help, but there are too many options
