Default Alpine diesel?

Hi quys, have a quick question for those that are experienced with alpine diesel mix.

This snow season will be my first with a diesel vehicle (MB Ford Mondeo)
I will be parking off mountain at the Hoys Harrievtville secure park for 5 days, then catching the bus up the mountain.
Would i still need to have a mix of alpine diesel in the car, or is it only required if actually 'on the mountain'?
Thanks,

Default Re: Alpine diesel?

it snows / will get just near as cold in harrietville so I'd be going for the alpine mix just to be on the safe side of things any diesel pump & injectors are worth their weight in gold to get reconditioned simply for the bit of cost I wouldn't risk it.. it's not a bad to hotham from the harrietville end..
