Actually, I went in today to sign new paperwork for the LX - apparently the 1st Sept estimate was for the car to reach the dealership. So they said hopefully they would be able to get it ready in time for the 2nd or 3rd Sept.
Here's hoping anyway - there's light at the end of the tunnel!
