The springs taper to the mounting point so they look pretty specific to Cortina, not sure if theres any available from other models.
Try Lovells, they made a set for my MK1 by special order, it did take 12 weeks though.
King Springs also have them listed but not in stock and subject to review in 2022 but they may also do special orders.
