suffice to say, I WENT OFF!!
The car goes in on July 5th.. if they dont fix it this time, I may end up doing jail time.

Don't blame you.
Shows that Ford techs (in the most part) just rely on error codes and not on some common sense.
Have they replaced the
BCM module?
I would be asking for new parts through the entire ignition and starting system, as well as new keys. Replace the lot because obviously you do not know what is causing the issue.
