2011 Mondeo Wagon rear Suspension

Hi all. I have a 2011 MC Wagon and wish to replace rear shocks which are self adjusting with an after market set as original are impossible to source.
Has anyone actually done this and what parts, numbers, did you use. Did you also change springs and where did you source same.
Really need some help as I am getting to the point of palming it off and I don’t really wish to do that.
I have attached a pic of Shock currently on car.
