I'm not talking about Melbourne, where people may be legitimately sick or unable to work due to lockdown.
Sure a lot more people are buying stuff online, but they've had over half a year to adapt.
I buy most of my automotive requirements from my local Autopro. I walk in, they serve me, I leave.
No BS about covid causing delays.

I'd hazard a guess that delivery orders numbers are through the roof but everyone still expects theirs quickly.
Kitchens are the same size and staff are working hard including the huge number of delivery riders but it still results in longer wait times.
