Hi Luke,

To avoid going back thru a dealership to retrain ur Icc its better to send us urs to upgrade, or u can go thru a ford dealership to order for you a changeover upgrade. however even if u send us ur icc to upgrade u can keep ur car runing by reconecting ur PCM module to the car. obviously exchange is more expensive. we have an overnight service for ur convinience...after upgrade is done all will work per ordered from factory as we download all necessary software to ur icc radio module to recognise all the new updates on the icc.
