Just had my SA serviced today, and I get a call from the dealership at 4pm to tell me it's ready apart from taking a long time to update Sync. "It'll look different," they assured me.
Anyway, when I do pick it up, I check, and nothing looks different. Yep, sure enough, they "updated" it to 21194, which I did myself a few weeks ago.
Didn't try to charge anything for doing it, though.
