This debate comes up here every few years and it tires me to dig out the research again and again to show that while older drivers are more likely to die in or after a road accident they are less likely to be involved in accidents or cause accidents compared to the 17-26 year old cohort. What's the comparison to average kilometers driven between 17-26 and 70+ age groups and accidents?
