Even though it was Zoom meeting (which I've never done) at least it was better than nothing.

I agree though in person I assume would be very different, especially when it comes to such sensitive matters such as mental health.

Yes people are great at keeping issues private, not so great at opening up about them.

So your workplace did the best it could in your unfortunate circumstances which is a great thing.
