Au series 2 starting then stalls

The problem with my car is when I go to turn on the ignition, the motor starts but then cuts out and stalls, as if there is not adequate fuel delivery. Then starts up the second crank. I've changed the coil plugs, spark plugs, fuel filter and have started to clean my injectors with cleaner. My battery is working very well so not an issue there.
Has anyone else had/have this issue with their AU, and if so, what have you blokes gone about fixing the problem. (Ive kept in mind I may have to buy new injectors).
