Hi Guys,
just an update to tell you how my wifes going. she has now lost 27 kilos in weight.
Now rideing her excerise bike twice a day has had to take some of her dress up because they dont fit her.
Shes like a different women not just to look at but also her attitude towards everything.
before the weight loss she hated going out and being seen in public. Now we go to the Local Club for lunch when we both have time.
So it does help chatting to guys on the forum when your not sure what to do and to get some ideas.
