As far as I am aware it is a rather costly and difficult exercise to swap or replace your
ICC with one from Ford (i.e. going through spare parts). I think you would have to prove it was defective in which case it would be a warranty job, or otherwise pay a fairly large amount and also exchange yours for the new one.
