So, I'm back to having to call them to sort their mistake out because they obviously have something different at their end.
What fool made a decision that quoting the numbers of shares you own and in which company is a reliable method of identification??
What if you have multiple shares??
Of all the bloody questions they could ask to identify myself it's your share holdings!!
