Try turning right while accelerating (just a bit hard) and try the same without acceleration with foot on clutch (if automatic shift to neutral). See if there is any difference. If it makes noise only in the first instance (while accelerating) then it is most likely diff in the gearbox. And can you feel the clicking feedback on the steering or its just the sound? I had similar problem with my Toyota corolla and tried replacing all possibilities and now replacing gear box with second hand one. It could be cv joint in power steering rack too. But its rare to happen. Also its worth getting checked newly replaced drive shafts, you never know when things break down.
