installation is hard to say because with things like that theres always many many hidden costs. i always round up becuase its way too easy to blow a budget if you dont allow for the worst.
if you go for a forged bottom end youll have to go low comp becuase you couldnt run much boost on a 11:1 comp ratio otherwise youll melt something real quick.
for comparison they run 6-8 psi on a sss sr20 de with bolt on turbo.

have a chat to a few top places and see what they say.
out of a 1.6 id say 350flywheel hp is attainable.
its allllllllll about the money though.

give me a budget ill make some recomendations.
