And after 41 years in business, I highly doubt they have ever had to pay long service leave to an employee.

Why should you feel bad about taking leave.If the business s profitable,then they can afford to employ extra staff or even a casual or 2 to keep the wheels turning when staff ore on leave or sick.The more you give,the more they reckon they can take
