Once in 2008. Exceeding 40 in a school zone. Flaggy lady was taking flag down from crossing, I didn't slow to 40, thinking it was after 9 am. Mr constable had a different idea. It was 2 minutes before 9 am! Lesson, "Look at time and allow for a few minutes."
