Depends on the plane as to how much abuse it can take. Once you get the hang of it you rarely completely destroy a plane just minor repairs. If you run out of fuel you do your best to get it back to your landing spot and only get one shot at it. I can go 20min with the nitro so you have plenty of time to bring it in before it runs out of fuel.

Love watching the planes in action. Someone always has some sort of mid air emergency but end up bringing it in for a soft (long grass) landing. There must be 1/2 dozen RC aero clubs around here, along with the 2 local airfields.
