4.0 grams of sugar per serve or 1.6grams of sugar per 100ml. I have about 200m of almond milk roughly in a cup. So yes there is still some sweetener there but not as much as a teaspoon of sugar I wouldnt have thought. That said, I was having the sugar on top of having the almond milk. So it was a lot worse.
