Hmmmmm. Not advocating violence, but I think there does come a time when you do need to "man up" when dealing with bullies. In my experience "softly softly" doesn't always cut it with bullies, and running away or ignoring it can make mental health worse in the long run. Don't bully, and don't get bullied. This goes for school, online, work place, social etc. IMHO.
Sometimes, I wonder if the growth in mental health issues amongst kids is because they feel as though they can't express and release.
