True, i think most just don't know how to make a proper 'Cornish' Pastie, a monster Cornish Pastie with Mushy Peas and Mash was a dinner in it's self when i was a young un, Mum, Grandma's and Aunts used to make them out of leftovers so it was always a mystery what you would get but they were always huge......and delicious!!
