I have been feeling pretty good lately, getting my sleep sorted (CPAP machine), a new romantic interest, some direction at work in a new team.
I stopped taking meds late last week (50mg Zoloft) and yesterday I remembered the joys of the 'brain zaps' that coincide with stopping the meds.. the afternoon/evening was not so great but I got through the grocery shopping, instructed my son on cooking dinner and even had a few rounds of fortnite with him on the playstation.
the brain zaps seem to have vanished so far this morning
