Tried changing your diet?....or lifestyle? Easier said than done.
All that processed crap from the Supermarkets, mixed with dirty water/air, plastics etc, will eventually take it's toll. Vegetable/seed oils are so toxic it's not funny.
Drop the fruit and replace with low-carb vegetables. Lose the sugar, carbs and anything containing processed grains.
All other organs go into panic-mode from all the toxic and nutrient-deficient food we consume.
Your brain is also an organ.
