No, in Victoria you dont have to, all i got was a dodgey thing that u scratch the L's off, lol, anyway i drive a lot to like ballarat and bendigo etc every few weeks, and other driving, and do keep count, its amazing how little experience most get, im 17 n a half n only have about 40hrs.
work it out, L's at 16, 2 years until P's, 120hrs, 60 each year, divide by 52 weeks, dunno roughly over an hour a week, i dont think many would actually do that on there Learners.
