The appeal of the F150, Bronco, etc, etc, has always been they fill a role and represent awesome bang for buck.
Granted, the reborn model is probably more niche, but with a US starting price of $30k, its still reasonably priced.
People saying "oh it could easily be RHD" are forgetting how complex modern cars are, and the huge number of things that need to be resigned and re-engineered. Just because the basic mechanicals could easily be RHD, doesn't necessarily mean the rest is easy nor cheap.
FoA is lucky, in that they have replaced the Falcon with the Ranger. They're not about to offer anything that would compete with that. Whether that logic is valid, I question, but that's how they look at it.
There will always be a market for things like the RAM, because CUBs need something to spent their money on, now they can't buy V8 Commodes, and a lot of them have really small Penii.
